The Scaent Group Board of Directors:

Jonas Garbaravičius 
The graduate of Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas) and  Kaunas Law School.
In 2000 started his career at the Lithuanian energy company ”Lietuvos energija“ as a specialist of the Commerce Department. From 2001 he actively participated in the restructuring and liberalization process of Lithuanian electrical energy market and the de-merger of JSC ”Lietuvos energija“ into separate transmission, distribution and generation companies. From 2001-2005 worked as a Head of Electricity Trade Division of „Lietuvos energija“. In 2005, Mr. Garbaravičius was one of the founders of the Lithuanian based real estate investment company “Baltic Brothers Group” and was appointed as the Chairman of the Board. In 2005 he accepted an offer to become the Managing Director of Scaent AB, soon after that he was elected as a Member of the Management Board. In 2007 he became an Executive Vice President of the Scaent Group. In 2009 he became the Chairman of the Scaent group. He also sits on the Boards of several of the Group companies.

Derek Crawford McLennan 
A business graduate of Glasgow College
In 1984 completed two years service in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. Then in 1986 he began his career as a manager of a Glasgow based Porsche Centre. In 1994 he joined TBA Ltd, an IT company, as Operations Director, this company won several national business awards. In 1999 he was appointed Managing Director of Steel Monkeys Ltd, a high profile video games company, where he successfully negotiated several high profile licensed deals and contracts with BBC Worldwide, MGM, General Motors, Take Two Inc., Electronic Arts Inc. and West McLaren Mercedes Racing. In 2004 through 2005 Mr. McLennan held leading positions in Unitrade Group and during this time he also served as an Executive Director on the Board of Scaent AB. In 2005 he was appointed to the global position of Executive Vice President of the Scaent Group of Companies. He also sits on the Boards of several of the Group companies. Derek McLennan has a BBA Degree in Business Administration and is a Member of the United Kingdom Institute of Directors.

Timo Van Rijn
In 1990-1998 studied Propaedeutics Economy and Dutch Corporate Law at Rotterdam Erasmus University.
In 1998 started his career as a lawyer in the Dutch office of TMF Group - a global management and accounting outsourcing firm with 77 offices across 60 countries of the world. Two years later Mr. Van Rijn became Legal Manager for MAS (Management & Administrative Services) in TMF Nederland B.V. In 2006 he was appointed to the position of Managing Director TMF Nederland B.V. in order to supervise the legislative services of the company. In 2007 Timo Van Rijn accepted an offer to join the Board of Scaent Holdings as an Executive Director.

Robert De Koning
A graduate of Ichtus MAVO, Alphen aan den Rijn.
In 1979 he began his career in ABN Bank / Rabobank. From 1982-1990 worked as a Senior account manager for Dutch ABN Trusrt Company. From 1990-2001 he held the position of Managing Director for several finance and holding companies belonging to the German Kaufhof/METRO Group. From 2001 he became the Managing Director of Divaco / LHI and Manager for Accounting MAS (Management & Administrative Services) in TMF Nederland B.V. where he rose to become a Managing Director. In 2007 Robert De Koning was offered a position of an Executive Director of Scaent Holdings.

Myrthe Görtzen
A graduate of University of Amsterdam, specialization – Dutch Notarial and Fiscal Law.
Ms. Görtzen began her career in 1999 and worked for several legal companies, gaining a wide knowledge of commerce. In 2004 she was offered the position of Senior Lawyer and Supervisor MAS (Management & Administrative Services) for TMF Nederland B.V. In 2007 she joined the Scaent Holdings Board of Directors.

Financial Consultant to the Board:

Kevin Gate
Graduated from the City of Bath College.
By 1985 became founder and Managing Director of six companies. In 1985 became Founder Director of Avon Leisure (Bath) Limited and transformed this company from a small proprietary business to one of the best known charter boat businesses in the West Country. In 1994-1996 he negotiated the purchase of Anglo Welsh Waterways Holiday business from Barclaycard and then in the position of Managing Director brought the company back into profitability within one year. From 1999 he embarked on a career as an Independent consultant for the company “Gate Minds Ltd”. Mr. Gate joined the Scaent Group in 2007 in a global role as Group Chief Financial Officer.
